Social health involves the people around us. We must respect others, especially the teachings of parents, teachers, adults and people who are older than us. If there is a problem talk to them.
Maybe the problems we face have never traveled by them. Therefore, we also need to address problems rather than let the problems we face hidden without resolve. If the problem is not resolved, it will disrupt our learning.

EXERCISE
To be fit and healthy man we also need to exercise. Exercising in the sun is good for health. When we exercise, the muscles of the body will be healthy and fit. Circulation in the body become more smooth. Exercise also reduces excess fat in the body and can overcome the problem of obesity. Healthy human will allocate approximately one hour a day to do the exercises.
The easiest way is to jog or walk a distance of about 1 km per day. However, it is encouraged to play a particular game as a group. This activity will raise our spirits to continue to do so in the following days.

TAKE A HEALTHY FOOD
To be a healthy human being, we need food. Food eaten will be used to build the body and produce energy. To be a healthy human being, we need sufficient food, complete, nutritious and time.
Body malnutrition will become weak and vulnerable to disease. Nutrients can be classified into several types such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. All of these nutrients are important for us because of the lack of any one of them will make us susceptible to disease.
Carbohydrates example is to produce energy. Human carbohydrate deficiency will become weak and listless.
Proteins are needed for the construction of the body especially muscle tissue for the construction of the skin and overall body growth. Those who lack the protein will be thin, weak and susceptible to disease.
So people who are concerned with health should eat a balanced diet. We also need to avoid eating a food too excessive. Often there that like to eat a certain food with a lot so it's filling.
For instance, only one of us who eat fatty foods without eating foods that contain protein, vitamins and minerals. This practice should be stopped because it would give an adverse effect on our bodies.
In addition to physical health, we also need to have mental health, emotional health and social health is good. Mental health is related to our thinking. If we have good mental health to think properly and make good decisions.
